InternWatchfire is offering a co-op internship for Electrical Engineering students. The role involves assisting Electrical Engineers with hardware design, prototyping, testing, and developing embedded software.

Responsibilities
Learn and use test equipment
Complete testing on both LED modules and controllers
Test hardware using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment
Work with complete LED sign systems to complete system level testing
Research new or alternate components
Develop embedded software
Help building prototypes
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently
Excellent written and communication skills
Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of semester
Able to work up to 40 hours per week during summer session
Student enrolled in Engineering/Technology: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Technology, EET, MET, Computer Science or other similarly related degree program required
Must have been enrolled full-time for the current semester, new graduates are still eligible for this position
Legal authorization to work in the US required. We will not consider candidates who need sponsorship, now or in the future, to be legally employed in the US. No H1B, OPT, CPT or other “temporary work authorization” candidates will be considered
