Beauty Co-Lab (BCL) is a bespoke Omnicom Media Group unit for L’Oréal USA delivering innovative agency solutions. The Director, Cross-Channel Planning is responsible for managing strategic business needs, integrating with teams, and leading the development of innovative media strategies that align with client goals.

Responsibilities

Collaborative Partnership – embraces and drives the OMG approach by building partnerships with others on behalf of our clients
Full Funnel Mindset - ability to deliver full funnel strategic thinking across awareness and transactional budgets; including major eRetail partnerships
Creative Thinking – takes a brand, an objective and a platform and thinks of innovative ways to bring them together

Required

Graduate of a four-year college or university
8+ years of integrated media planning experience
Track record of handling big client ambitions
Ability to create and execute a holistic channel approach to planning
Experience collaborating with media owners, agency business units and creative agency partners
Experience with clients whom have significant commerce spend & offerings
Experience working with retail media networks (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc)
Ability to manage full funnel media strategies, including eRetail platforms
Proven leadership ability and experience managing a team; a strong desire and ability to grow and develop talent
Advanced knowledge of media fundamentals and an ability to educate at all levels
Strong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurement
