Account Development Executive

Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns, traveling up to two hours driving distance
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest and applications
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process
Lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns or town hall meetings
Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, Salesforce, account management, customer service, and recruiting
1+ years in an outbound sales role, such as door-to-door sales
Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology
Ability to travel up to four hours round trip distance daily
