Responsibilities

Partner with site managers and owners to forecast hiring needs for seasonal paving projects, asphalt plant staff, CDL drivers, and sealcoating teams in Dickson and nearby counties
Post jobs on local platforms, Indeed, and industry sites; network at Tennessee construction events to attract skilled laborers and operators familiar with asphalt work
Conduct interviews, background checks (emphasizing safety and DOT compliance), and manage offers for high-turnover field positions while tracking metrics like hire rates
Handle onboarding, including Eubank's equal opportunity policies, and build a talent pipeline for government contracts and commercial jobs

Required

2+ years recruiting in construction, paving, or manufacturing, with knowledge of blue-collar hiring in rural TN markets like Dickson

Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging field workers; understanding of asphalt industry demands like heavy equipment certification
High school diploma required
Ability to travel locally
