Responsibilities
Create original digital illustrations that capture the tone and emotion of Deliverance Charities’ stories and campaigns
Design visual assets for blogs, newsletters, social media, and event marketing
Develop illustrated characters, backgrounds, and story scenes for the •Tales from the Unfortunate• and •Tales Along the Way• series
Collaborate with writers and the web content team to produce cohesive visual-story projects
Design illustrations for educational materials, infographics, and reports
Prepare artwork for print and digital use (including shirts, flyers, or digital downloads)
Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and campaign visuals
Qualification
Required
Proficient in digital illustration tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar)
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and emotional tone
Ability to adapt art style to match existing brand identity
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for social impact, storytelling, and community development
Portfolio demonstrating storytelling-focused or character-based illustration work
