Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming and efficient work environment
Oversee vendor relationships, office supply needs, and facilities issues
Coordinate team events and workplace culture initiatives
Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Engineering
Schedule and manage meetings across time zones and priorities
Organize and manage travel arrangements and itineraries
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and meeting materials
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and sensitive communications
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and expense reporting tools
Preferred
Experience in event planning, project coordination, or facilities management is a plus
