They are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant who will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the overall financial health of the organization through key accounting functions.

Responsibilities
Prepare and post accurate and timely journal entries
Compute commissions, bonuses, rebates, and royalties in accordance with contracts and company policies
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
Post and manage transactions across multiple ERP systems and legal entities
Assist with variance analysis and provide accurate financial reporting as needed
Proactively identify and flag questionable transactions or balances
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely processing
Support special projects aimed at improving processes and expanding operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2+ years of accounting experience (multi-entity and/or fast-paced environments preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement
Strong ethical standards and sense of accountability
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a team player
Adaptability and comfort working across multiple systems and platforms
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems such as Sage MAS 100, Sage 500, NetSuite, Microsoft AX, or Microsoft Dynamics
