Responsibilities
Support the Digital Strategy Lead in developing and executing digital strategies and digital endpoints for clinical development programs
Contribute to patient insight research, technology evaluations, usability testing, vendor qualification, and validation of digital health tools used in clinical trials
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical Development, and Therapeutic Area teams to implement digital strategies aligned with asset and program objectives
Support analytical validation studies for digital health tools in alignment with PFDD, DDTQ, CTTI guidance and applicable regulations (GCP, ICH, internal SOPs, and quality standards)
Stay current on evolving regulations, guidance, and policies related to digital health and clinical development
Partner with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, procurement, regulatory, legal, QA, and business technology teams) to support qualification and implementation of digital solutions
Manage multiple digital initiatives by developing project plans, trackers, timelines, budgets, and status reports
Support the development of reports, SOPs, publications, and internal documentation related to digital science initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1–3 years of relevant experience (with BS) in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or consulting environments
Solid understanding of the drug development lifecycle and regulatory frameworks, including ICH and GCP
Experience or exposure to clinical development, data management, health outcomes research, or regulatory science
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, or similar
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment
Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and value-evidence mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a complex, cross-functional organization
Preferred
advanced or graduate training preferred in life sciences, clinical research, public health, or a related field
experience creating clear, executive-level slide presentations is a plus
