Strategic Account Executive

Responsibilities

Own and lead complex, multi-year enterprise sales cycles from executive discovery through negotiation and close, including pricing strategy, legal coordination, and executive alignment
Build, deepen, and expand trusted relationships with C-suite, executive sponsors, and senior home office leaders at top-tier RIAs, independent broker-dealers, and large wealth management enterprises
Serve as the strategic quarterback for each account—aligning Advisor360°’s platform capabilities to firm-wide business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term growth initiatives
Drive platform-oriented deals that span multiple products, stakeholders, and buying centers, with contract values in the high six-figure to seven-figure range
Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to deliver tailored enterprise narratives, demos, and business cases
Influence enterprise pricing, packaging, and deal structures, balancing near-term revenue with long-term partnership value
Anticipate and navigate complex procurement, compliance, and risk management processes common in highly regulated financial services organizations
Consistently deliver against large, strategic revenue targets, while building durable pipeline within a defined set of named or strategic accounts
Act as a senior field voice, contributing to sales strategy, account planning, and go-to-market evolution across the broader sales organization

Qualification

Required

12+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant time spent selling complex SaaS platforms to enterprise or strategic accounts
Proven success closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (six-figure to seven-figure ACV) with long sales cycles
Direct experience selling into the wealth management ecosystem, including RIAs, independent broker-dealers, or large financial institutions
Deep understanding of advisor workflows, home office operations, compliance, data, and regulatory considerations within wealth management firms
Demonstrated ability to operate credibly with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value
Comfort operating in ambiguity and influencing outcomes without formal authority
Experience helping shape sales strategy, account planning frameworks, or enterprise playbooks

Preferred

Background in high-growth or scale-stage SaaS environments strongly preferred
