International Labor Rights Specialist

They are seeking a Spanish-speaking International Labor Rights Specialist to support a federal agency by leading labor rights initiatives and collaborating with senior federal professionals.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary case teams supporting labor rights matters under this Federal Agency
Lead case strategy discussions, meetings, and briefings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely progress
Oversee the collection, organization, and analytical review of evidence supporting labor rights assessments and determinations
Support analysis and tracking of program resources, workload, and timelines
Contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures, management tools, and reporting
Prepare and maintain quantitative summaries and reports to support management oversight and decision-making
Collaborate closely with senior federal leadership, legal counsel, analysts, and interagency partners to support informed decision-making
Serve as a subject matter expert on international labor rights, including freedom of association and collective bargaining obligations
Qualification
Required
Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) or a Master's degree in a related field (required)
Bring a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in international labor rights, preferably including prior federal or government service
Demonstrate professional proficiency in Spanish (required)
Perform at a senior professional level, exhibiting strong leadership, analytical judgment, and written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Apply experience addressing labor issues involving Mexico, international labor standards, or U.S. labor law (preferred, not required)
