LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Director of Procurement to join their client. The Director of Procurement will lead and optimize department operations, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and align procurement activities with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize department operations
Assist with ongoing process and ERP technology innovations
Lead supplier relationships, including ongoing performance evaluations and long-term partnerships
Identify and select suppliers based on cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliability
Ensure suppliers adhere to ethical and sustainability standards
Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts and terms with suppliers
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct market research
Analyze inventory levels and demand forecasts
Work with internal stakeholders and external customers to align procurement activities with organizational goals
