Responsibilities
Deliver associate, clinician and core leader Formation within our Oklahoma Ministry
Work collaboratively with management and subject matter experts to achieve standards of excellence and facilitate classroom training and development programs
Apply knowledge of adult learning principles to teach various types of learning content
Monitor course participants' progress throughout assigned courses
Conduct post-training evaluations and analyze results
Update curricula and explore new materials for program participants
Take action to stay abreast of current and evolving learning trends, instructional methods/techniques and emerging technologies
Successfully complete the Ascension Formation Practitioner Program within the first 6-12 months of employment
Successfully complete the Ascension Formation Facilitator Certification Program within the first 6-12 months of employment
Qualification
Required
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
Successfully complete the Ascension Formation Practitioner Program within the first 6-12 months of employment
Successfully complete the Ascension Formation Facilitator Certification Program within the first 6-12 months of employment
Preferred
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Theology or related field; Master's degree strongly preferred
2-3+ years ministry facilitation experience
2+ years experience working with boards, committees, groups & teams
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage audiences of all types and sizes
Excellent presentation skills, in-person and virtual
Excellent Program Management skills
Practice of personal spirituality
Continuous learning; willing to teach and be taught
