Responsibilities
Provide support in the preparation and submission of all existing and potential tenders
Review of RFP/RFI solicitation documents. Schedule kickoff and review meetings, and draft presentation slides
Review tender submission schedule including each contributor's deadline
Coordinate internal resources to ensure input from relevant functional areas is received in a timely manner
Proposal draft and development Review proposal material to ensure proposal integrity
Physical compilation and assembly of the final tender package
Preserve and maintain bid library of current and bespoke company information and literature; Manage repository where standard information is stored
Development and editing of resumes, project descriptions, relevant experience and other boilerplate documents to support the deliverables
Review pre-bid and post-bid commercial and technical clarifications
Perform other tasks as requested by leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or similar field
1+ years experience responding to RIF's and RFP's
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical experience to create documents using Microsoft Office
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
