Voucher Case Specialist
Gemini Legal is a dynamic, industry-leading, technology-based company headquartered in Rocklin, California. The Voucher Case Specialist will manage and coordinate a workload of up to 125 cases concurrently, ensuring compliance with state regulations and HIPAA. This role requires excellent time management and communication skills while working with injured workers to identify retraining options.

Responsibilities
Employ excellent time management in balancing and handling multiple cases concurrently
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, attendance, dress code and professionalism
Identify and manage issues as they arise and develop a course of resolution
Ability to follow processes to ensure standardization
Demonstrate accuracy and consistency within work assignments
Work with injured workers to identify and select retraining options
Communicate with accredited schools or training centers to identify their requirements for enrollment
Coordinate communication between the injured worker and the school during the enrollment process
Contact claims adjusters and applicant attorneys as needed
Submit invoices to claims administrators for payment
Demonstrate a high degree of integrity including knowledge of how to protect sensitive and/or confidential information
Daily planning of client interactions by phone and/or email
Collaborate with members of all levels within Gemini
Promote positive communication when providing feedback to other departments
Complete projects by setting project objectives, timetables, schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information
Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and making recommendations on needed actions
Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of call center, collections, sales, or social work experience desired
Bilingual required (Spanish and/or other languages will be considered)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent process adherence and time management skills
Ability to work independently and with team collaboration
Consistently promote Gemini's core values, standards of conduct and culture by employing high ethical level and leading by example
Proficient using a computer, business phone, office software, video conferencing, and other computer programs including Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
Preferred
Previous industry experience in workers' comp is preferred, but not required
