The Team Lead will be responsible for setting up, diagnosing, and maintaining process controls on all equipment while managing the assigned production lines’ performance.

Responsibilities
Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency, including collaboration with quality department to ensure part meets all quality and performance specifications through performing quality checks
Ensure all work cells are correct after changeover
Assist with process changes as necessary
Create new waterjet recipes for new tools or tools moving from one line to another
Start-up processes after changeover and operational uptime through temporarily operating production when needed
Report out hour by hour efficiency and material losses along with identifying root cause and when applicable implementing corrective actions
Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot processes and problems
Recommend improvements and support company continuous improvements initiatives
Support Process Engineer in resolving product non-conformity issues
Ensure procedures and process followed by all team members
Keep plant tour ready/Instill good housekeeping in all team members
Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and preventing injuries through 5S
Continuously analyze the assigned area of responsibility for improved methods of production, tool design, communication, reporting, cost controls and layout; make recommendations to supervisor for improvements
Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or Technical Degree preferred
2+ years' experience in a technical environment/role
Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
Demonstrated leadership skills
