Market Research, Program Manager

This role is central to translating strategy into execution, ensuring alignment across senior stakeholders, and delivering consistent results.

Responsibilities
Lead the operating cadence for a multi-workstream, executive-sponsored growth initiative
Translate complex strategies into structured, executable plans and roadmaps
Align senior leaders and cross-functional teams around shared priorities and outcomes
Track milestones, risks, and dependencies; surface issues early and drive resolution
Develop clear dashboards and executive-ready updates on progress, performance, and impact
Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Client Experience, Talent, and Technology teams
Plan and execute executive salons, client forums, and innovation showcases that deepen strategic relationships
Act as a trusted partner to the Executive Lead, enabling focus on clients, influence, and strategic narrative
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or consulting
Proven success operating in complex, matrixed organizations with senior executives
Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in high-impact environments
High ownership, strong follow-through, and a bias for action
