Human Resources Business Partner
KNAPP North America is a global provider of intelligent automation solutions for intralogistics and manufacturing. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will team with a section of the business to drive people strategy and business objectives, focusing on employee relations, training, performance management, and talent development.

Responsibilities
Develop a solid understanding of the business and people issues within their assigned business units
Collaborate effectively with business leaders on strategic organizational design and management within assigned business units
Partner with business leaders to drive engagement, culture, and retention in their areas of the business
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals
Partner to develop HR policies and processes that drive productivity in their businesses while also assuring that they are consistently administered
Partner with HR Functional specialists on the roll out of, and compliance with, general HR initiatives within their business units
Advise and assist management and employees on employee concerns and issues by interpreting applicable HR policies and procedures and making responsible recommendations
Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive productive recruitment in their areas of the business
Prepare reports and clearly present information for business units and management
Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
Develop and conduct various HR related trainings
Perform project work and other duties as assigned by the VP Human Resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
At least 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience required
Work with minimal supervision and manage multiple assignments/tasks simultaneously
Detail oriented, accurate with a high level of reliability
Experience working with senior leaders on a variety of HR issues
Strategic business acumen and strong partnering skills
Able to push back and challenge the business
Ability to handle conflict and deal with ambiguity
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to have difficult conversations
Strong understanding of applicable Labor Laws, both State and Federal, and regulations and related HR legislation
Travel required up to 20%
Authorization to work in the U.S
Passport or ability to obtain passport
Professional office etiquette is required at all times
Physical requirements may include: sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm's length, and lifting up to 30 pounds
Preferred
Experience leading teams highly preferred
ADP Workforce Now and SAP Success Factors experience strongly preferred
Experience in global organizations preferred. Experience with employees in Canada/Mexico a plus
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR highly desirable, but not required
