Founding Technical Recruiter (remote)
Probook is a startup seeking a Founding Technical Recruiter to help scale their EPD organization. This role involves partnering with leadership to identify hiring priorities, building a pipeline of talent, and developing sourcing strategies to attract the right candidates.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with our leadership team and recruiters to identify hiring priorities
Build and maintain a world-class pipeline of engineers, product managers, and designers from top startups and companies
Drive creative sourcing strategies: from outbound research to leveraging networks, events, and communities
Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations and startup dynamics to identify and attract the right people
Provide a high-touch candidate experience from the very first outreach
Qualification
Required
4+ years of technical recruiter experience with direct startup experience sourcing/recruiting
Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach
Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast-paced environment
