Responsibilities
Oversees the work of employees, including nurses and support staff to uphold quality standards
Reviews the analysis of patient data, including laboratory results, diagnostic tests, and progress notes, to ensure accurate and comprehensive assessment of patients' conditions
Provides guidance, support, and mentorship to employees, fostering their professional growth and development
Collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Offers advice and insights, including best practices, and innovative approaches, to enhance the quality and effectiveness of patient care
Participates and functions in the procedure rooms to provide care and collaborate with the Invasive Team
Performs administrative duties including scheduling procedures, maintaining regulatory standards, ensures equipment readiness and reliability, optimizes workflow in the department to ensure efficient and safe operations
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must hold one of the following: Graduate from one or more of the following programs required: Nursing, Radiology Technology, Respiratory Therapy, a sanctioned Cardiovascular Technology Program, or a credentialed Paramedic Program in NC
2 years Interventional Cardiovascular Experience
RCIS or RCES
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
American Red Cross or AHA ACLS
Preferred
Bachelors Degree
