Contribute original story ideas to daily planning meetings
Work in cooperation with producers, anchors, reporters, web producers, and photographers
Develop news content that is timely and relevant to television and digital audiences
Work a flexible schedule to meet breaking news needs
Perform well in stressful situations and have an understanding of the local community
