Responsibilities
Lead long term financial planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis across closed ended real estate funds
Develop financial models and performance metrics to support decision-making
Build and scale finance processes and systems appropriate for a growing real estate platform
Partner with investment and development teams to support acquisitions, underwriting, dispositions, development budgets, and capital planning
Partner with IR on long term cash flow management, capital calls, distributions, and liquidity planning
Support capital markets activities, including financings, refinancings, and investor reporting
Manage relationships with lenders, investors, auditors, and external advisors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
10+ years of progressive finance experience
Prior experience within real estate investment, development, private equity real estate, or a family office with significant real estate holdings
Bachelor's degree required
Real estate finance and reporting: 8–10+ years
Financial modeling and underwriting: 7+ years
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale development or infrastructure-adjacent real estate
Background spanning both investment and operating environments
Experience scaling finance functions within a growing real estate platform
MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
