Administrative Assistant - Branch (30 hours/week)
Intero Real Estate Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in Delafield, WI. This key role will provide administrative support to the sales manager and sales associates, oversee office operations, and ensure exceptional customer service in a busy office environment.

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a strong customer service focus
Effective analytical, problem solving and decision making skills; initiative, attention to detail, and a team player
Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Ability to handle stress and work under pressure
Preferred
Post secondary education preferred
Three plus years of related experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business strongly preferred
Basic proficiency of social media engagement and posting practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
