Responsibilities

Deploy Wellhub’s global engagement strategy within the US market, tailoring your approach to fit specific client types and service levels
Plan and execute sustainable communication strategies through HR channels, ensuring our mission resonates with every end-user
Work enthusiastically with internal and external stakeholders to unblock projects and bring creative initiatives to life
Track client performance data to inform your portfolio strategy. You don’t just report numbers; you use them to reshape and influence future strategies
Manage multiple timelines with precision. You will be expected to streamline tasks and pivot quickly when client needs or market conditions change
Manage and communicate the branding assets necessary to hit engagement goals while maintaining visual and message integrity
Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness

Required

Familiarity with Wellness & Fitness industry in the US
Ability to work at both strategic and execution levels, assuring that things will be done on time
Strong results-oriented and data focus mindset
Strong organization skills and ability to successfully manage multiple high priority projects
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt and quickly pivot in a changing environment
Fluent and comfortable with Canva, JIRA, Tableau, Google Suite, and ZOOM
Team Player and strong communicator
Ability to influence and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Client facing experience
Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving abilities
Experience with Project Management tools
