Akkodis is seeking a Java Springboot lead developer for a Contract position. The role involves leading the design and development of high-performing, scalable services using Java 1.8 and Spring Boot microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing applications using Java 1.8 and Spring Boot microservices architecture
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and services, ensuring code quality through unit testing and best practices
Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver complete end-to-end systems, integrating React-based interfaces with backend services
Analyze existing codebases, identify improvements, and implement solutions to enhance performance and maintainability
Manage and maintain code repositories in Git, ensuring proper version control and adherence to coding standards
Drive technical leadership within the team, providing guidance on architecture, design patterns, and Agile development practices

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, react for front-end integration, and managing code repositories in Git within Agile environments
