1+ years expD&C Motors, a subsidiary of Time Auto Group, is looking for an Automotive Deal Clerk to join our growing team! The role involves processing vehicle sales documentation, reconciling finance statements, and managing schedules related to vehicle deals and inventory.

Responsibilities
Processes vehicle sales documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Reconcile Finance Reserve Statements
Manage specific weekly and monthly schedules (pending, reserve, and inventory schedules)
Receipt funding
Prepare and post car deals, new/used retail and wholesale
Monitor and maintain pending and contracts in transit
Stocks in new purchases and new vehicles
Process trade payoffs
A/R (customer deferred and down payments, every Friday)
Register ally warranties when funded
Warranty cancellation submittals and payments
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1 year business office experience deal posting & titling (out of state & local)
DealerTrack experience required
Familiarity with aftermarket warranty
Basic accounting principles
Experience maintaining and cleaning accounting schedule
Effective inter-department communication
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology
Preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
