Responsibilities
Develop and maintain role-based Epic training materials, classroom exercises, and documentation
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve curriculum and training processes
Assist in building, refreshing, and testing MST training environments, validating workflows and roles
Deliver training sessions, co-facilitate classrooms, and provide hands-on support to learners
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, mentor staff, and teach technical topics as needed
Follow up with trainees to provide additional support and guidance
Manage training schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain process documentation
Support training for third-party applications as needed
Qualification
Required
Current Epic certifications listed above
Strong experience in Epic curriculum development and training delivery
Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in state government or public-sector healthcare projects
Prior experience managing Epic training environments (MST)
