The Executive Assistant to the President and CEO will support the CEO’s day-to-day operations, optimize organizational processes, and facilitate communication between the CEO, Board of Directors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Managing complex schedules and correspondence for the CEO
Overseeing Board of Directors logistics, including meetings and materials
Acting as the primary point of contact for external constituencies on CEO matters
Assisting with special projects and confidential organizational processes
Providing operational support for events, travel, and organizational policies
