Akkodis is seeking a Consultant for a Contract with a client in Seattle, WA. The role involves validating Salesforce configurations and workflows while analyzing business requirements and assessing system impacts.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and convert them into Salesforce‑aligned functional scenarios, acceptance criteria, and test cases

Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, and end‑to‑end business processes across multiple enterprise teams

Assess upstream and downstream impacts of Salesforce changes, ensuring alignment with onboarding, shared services, and enterprise capabilities

Perform functional, regression, and end‑to‑end validation of Salesforce LC Next Gen solutions across various licensee use cases

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to identify risks, dependencies, and solution gaps early in the SDLC

Lead and coordinate offshore QA resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards, documentation, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

8–10 years of experience in Salesforce functional analysis, testing, or enterprise system validation

Strong ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce‑aligned functional scenarios and acceptance criteria, with hands‑on experience validating workflows, configurations, and integrations

Proven experience assessing system impacts and collaborating with cross‑functional teams (product owners, architects, development teams) while leading QA resources and ensuring quality best practices
