Responsibilities

Lead and support Epic Willow Ambulatory build and configuration
Participate in new Epic implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
Collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Support system testing (unit, integrated, and UAT) and go-live activities
Provide post-go-live support and optimization
Ensure compliance with Epic standards and best practices

Epic Willow Ambulatory CertificationEpic build experienceAmbulatory pharmacy workflowsRequirements gatheringCommunication skills

Required

Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (active and required)
3–5 years of hands-on Epic Willow Ambulatory experience
Proven experience with Epic build and new implementations
Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy workflows and medication management
Experience gathering requirements, configuring Epic modules, testing, and go-live support
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fully remote setting
Strong communication and documentation skills
