Responsibilities

Develop technical articles for the JMP Blog, the JMPer Cable blog, and the Analytics Advantage blog on both the JMP User Community and jmp.com
Create written content highlighting new features for the Early Adopter program
Support the development and improvement of content for the Statistics Knowledge Portal (SKP)
Develop content to support the JMP social media strategy
Research topics for, and develop, publish, and maintain reports for JMP Public
Contribute technical writing for jmp.com improvement projects
Assist with other communications and content development projects on an ad hoc basis

Required

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
Experience with technical writing or writing about technical topics
Proficiency in writing and editing for technical and marketing-focused communications
Strong organizational skills and creative problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with social media and digital communications channels, and an understanding of how they integrate into content plans and strategies
Enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited academic program, not graduating prior to December 2026
