Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution for an ERP program restart and related AI-enabled initiatives
Manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional stakeholders, and vendor/integrator relationships
Oversee program governance including risks, issues, dependencies, schedules, and reporting
Partner closely with business sponsors to align scope, roadmap, budget, and change management requirements
Coordinate onshore/offshore teams, ensuring accurate time reporting, delivery management, and alignment on priorities
Integrate organizational change management (OCM) elements—including training, communications, and adoption metrics—into the overall rollout plan
Produce concise artifacts such as one-pagers, status updates, and executive-ready summaries
Support AI-related initiatives spanning consumer personalization, customer service automation, enterprise productivity tools, and internal operational AI pilots
Ensure AI governance is embedded into program deliverables, including ownership models, model monitoring, privacy/consent review, and update processes
Coordinate with product, engineering, legal/privacy, and customer support teams to ensure responsible AI deployment
Define KPIs and ROI metrics for AI features (e.g., CSAT, productivity gains, conversion uplift)
Facilitate a lightweight AI governance/assessment pilot to reduce deployment risk and strengthen operational excellence
Qualification
Required
8+ years of program or senior project management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated success leading large programs with technical and business components
Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable plans for technical teams
Experience working with or around ERP systems and/or AI-enabled solutions (no deep technical expertise required)
Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder-influencing skills
Highly adaptable; comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid pivots
Pragmatic and outcome-driven—able to structure work without over-engineering processes
Strong collaborator who thrives in creative, consumer-focused, and trend-responsive cultures
Demonstrated ability to generate crisp, clear documentation quickly
