Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
Support data entry and record keeping functions within the accounts payable system
Help prepare accounts payable reports and reconciliation tasks
Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives
Learn and utilize from ERP software to support accounts payable functions
Perform administrative and financial tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
0+ years of experience in an accounting related field
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Associate's program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary
Preferred
Prior internship or coursework in Accounting or Finance is a plus
