Financial Systems Manager

Responsibilities
Own the overall FP&A systems strategy and roadmap, aligning technology capabilities with Sevita’s planning, forecasting, and performance management priorities
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for system adoption and planning efficiency, using analytics and dashboards to provide transparency into forecast cycle performance and to guide cross-functional improvements
Lead the design and evolution of Oracle EPM and related platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices at leading companies
Oversee integrations between FP&A systems and upstream/downstream applications (ERP, data warehouses, reporting tools)
Govern system enhancements and larger initiatives, including scope definition, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery timelines
Serve as the primary liaison with Corporate IT to ensure system stability, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Manage relationships with external implementation and support partners, holding vendors accountable for quality, responsiveness, and value
Establish and enforce data governance, controls, and reconciliation standards to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
Partner with FP&A leadership to improve forecasting agility, scenario modeling, and long‑range planning capabilities
Lead change management, training strategy, and adoption efforts to ensure systems drive insight—not just reporting
Mentor and guide analysts or contractors supporting FP&A systems, setting standards for design, documentation, and support
Sets direction for FP&A system architecture and investment priorities
Approves major design decisions, enhancements, and vendor solutions
Enterprise‑level impact on planning effectiveness, management decision‑making, and the efficiency of finance processes
Responsible for the maintenance of an effective control environment under SOX 404 for the accounting operations overseen. This includes both key and non-key controls and extends to the timely updating and modification of control design where necessary and the oversight of control remediation activities should exceptions be encountered in testing

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree a plus
6–10+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A transformation, or finance technology leadership roles
Deep experience with Oracle EPM (or comparable platforms) and enterprise financial systems integrations
Strong understanding of FP&A, internal controls, SOX compliance, and performance management
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
Travel as needed
