Responsibilities
Resolve background check and document blockers to accelerate driver onboarding
Audit driver profiles, photos, and tagging to meet quality standards
Maintain 100% audit coverage for specialized drivers
Identify and escalate compliance and risk gaps
Monitor fulfillment metrics, cancellation rates, and ETAs
Support driver training and onboarding operations
Coordinate payment reconciliation for hourly and per-trip models
Document operational processes and “hacks” for automation
Partner with internal teams and external vendors
Support city and product launches
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination
Strong experience with Google Sheets and data analysis
SQL experience (writing and/or running queries)
High attention to detail and compliance standards
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguity
