Senior LevelThe Hawai`i State Judiciary is responsible for the administration of justice in the state, and they are seeking a JIMS Application Solutions Architect to lead the development and maintenance of custom applications for the Judiciary's unique business needs. This role involves providing technical guidance, planning, and coordination for IT projects, while working closely with various stakeholders within and outside the Judiciary.

Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance, assistance and support for the Applications Division
Participate in the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of applications
Plan, coordinate, analyze, specify, design, build, implement, document, and support new and production IT
Exercise significant judgment and work independently with minimal supervision
Provide supervision and leadership to other IT staff and vendors for various projects and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in creating, enhancing, and maintaining custom applications
Experience with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications
Ability to work with Judiciary staff from various lines of business
Ability to work with Judiciary IT staff, IT vendors, and external State and City agencies
Experience in planning, coordination, analysis, specification, design, build, implementation, documentation, and support of IT applications
Ability to exercise significant judgment and work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in providing supervision and leadership to IT staff and vendors
