Oversees a talent development pod aligned to portions of the Wintrust business that includes Talent Development Consultants and Specialists
Engages with business stakeholders, including executives, regarding talent development program solutions, implementation and execution
Utilizes data to make informed decisions regarding resources, prioritization, and effectiveness of learning solutions
Qualification
Required
5-7 years Talent Learning and Development, HR, and Talent Management experience in a leadership role
Experience developing long-term talent development strategies utilizing data and L&D best practices
Experience implementing and executing Talent Development and Learning programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles such as ADDIE or SAM
Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
Experience with learning tools such as Articulate 360, Docebo, Vyond, Arist
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and business stakeholders
Bachelor's degree
Advanced Computer Skills including Microsoft Suite
