APU Analyst
TurbineAero is seeking an APU Analyst responsible for ensuring that repaired parts meet quality standards set by the FAA and customers. The role involves performing inspections, documenting findings, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Perform dimensional and visual inspection requirements utilizing drawings, OEM manuals, and/or written instructions
Record and document findings legibly and precisely
Perform minor disassembly and assembly in accordance with inspection requirements
Follow all company policies including safety instructions
Maintain a neat and orderly workstation and promote overall good housekeeping practices
Working knowledge of FAA requirements for repair stations (14 CFR Part 145 and Part 43)
Work technical problems and provide innovative solutions
Assist with continuous improvement and cost reduction programs
Serve as organization spokesperson on advanced projects and/or programs
Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience in the inspection of aircraft components, including disassembly, and assembly of APUs
Proper use of micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, optical comparators, CMM's, and other basic inspection tools
Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings and OEM manuals
Have an understanding of fit, form, and function
Working knowledge of FAA requirements for repair stations (14 CFR Part 145 and Part 43)
Preferred
A&P Mechanic Preferred, or prior holder of Repairman Certificate
