Responsibilities

Architect and implement AI solutions including RAG frameworks, vector databases, and multi modal workflows

Lead hands-on development, prototyping, and deployment of LLM tools

Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for orchestration, monitoring, and prompt optimization

Partner with product, data, legal, and IT teams to ensure secure and responsible AI adoption

Mentor engineers and help shape the organization’s enterprise AI roadmap

Required

5 plus years in AI or ML engineering, with 3 plus years of technical leadership

Cloud deployment experience (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI)

Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and executive stakeholders
