Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build trust and foster positive relationships
Proficiency in Sales and Marketing, with experience in identifying client needs and recommending suitable insurance products
Understanding of Insurance concepts and policies, with the ability to explain them in an accessible manner
Experience in Training and mentoring team members or clients is an asset
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in insurance or sales are a plus
Preferred
Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
