Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels
Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Provide timely updates to the HR Generalist on recruitment progress
Qualification
Required
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in recruiting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Local candidates to Norman and Oklahoma City, preferred
Candidates who are in or open to relocating to the Oklahoma City metro area
