Build and expand a national distributor network across the U.S
Recruit, onboard, and support plumbing supply and bathroom remodeling distributors
Drive sales growth through distributor training, relationship management, and project support
Identify and develop new project, specification, and renovation opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with national and regional accounts
Additional related job duties as needed
Qualification
Required
7+ years of business development or sales experience in plumbing supply, bathroom remodeling, or related industries
Established national distributor or showroom relationships
Experience launching and scaling market adoption of new product lines
Strong communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and who is a self-starter, strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making, and results-oriented
