Bilingual Outside Sales Rep
American Fidelity Assurance is a private, family-owned company specializing in the education and public sector. They are seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to sell benefits and insurance products to K-12 public schools, focusing on building strong relationships and providing tailored recommendations.
Responsibilities
Focus on growing and maintaining existing Business-to-Business accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services to the community
Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs
Build strong relationships with customers and association executives
Develop customized needs-based employee benefits packages through annual benefit enrollments, group presentations, and new account development opportunities
Each Account Representative is assigned a territory to manage and develop new accounts
Travel is Required. Must reside in the specific territory
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience in outside sales or account management
Ability to build strong, long-term relationships
Experience in selling benefits, retirement, and supplemental insurance products
Ability to develop needs-based recommendations for clients
Willingness to travel within the defined territory
Must reside in the specific territory assigned
