Financial Analyst Intern (Summer 2026)
Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company (PacSci EMC) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Intern to join their Finance team for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, ERP systems, and data analysis within a dynamic aerospace and defense environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports with a high level of accuracy and completeness
Enter, reconcile, and maintain financial data in the ERP system, including project budgets and estimates-to-complete (ETCs)
Develop and support financial models and analyses using ERP system data
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Support month-end close activities and related reporting deliverables
Assist Financial Analysts, the Finance Manager, and the Director of Finance with a variety of financial assignments and ad hoc analysis
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong capacity to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and complete assignments with urgency
Strong attention to detail, integrity with data, and a continuous improvement mindset
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Must have completed junior year (or above) by Summer 2026
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR compliance
Preferred
Previous related work or internship experience preferred, but not required
