Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for asphalt, paving, and construction projects
Manage projects from bid award through closeout
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, material suppliers, and equipment
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
Monitor jobsite progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
Communicate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to manage scope and expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience in asphalt, paving, or heavy civil construction project management and estimating
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and cost control
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Solid scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
Professional, client-facing communication abilities
