Conduct detailed needs analysis to recommend appropriate products or services

Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company objectives

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation

Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions

Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits effectively

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth

Required
