Responsibilities
Office & Facilities Management: Act as the primary point of contact for janitorial services and building maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and functional workspace
Meeting & Event Planning: Lead the logistics for internal and external meetings, including room setup, catering coordination, and technical prep
Mail & Logistics: Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries; manage office supply inventory
Clerical Support: Provide general administrative assistance such as data entry, accounts payable, filing, and answering general inquiries
Front-of-House: Greet guests and maintain the professional appearance of common areas and conference rooms
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in office administration or facilities coordination
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
