Responsibilities
Create thoughtful web page layouts and concepts; deliver production-ready UI assets using Figma or Adobe XD
Partner with UX designers, developers, IT, and product teams to deliver high-impact A/B test variants that drive measurable results
Work within established design systems and maintain scalable UI libraries to support a cohesive, global brand
Lead designer-to-developer handoffs using interactive prototypes, responsive breakpoints, and clear documentation
Conduct visual QA on staged pages to ensure final builds match design intent
Qualification
Required
Portfolio required: Must include a link to a portfolio featuring multiple web-based UI design projects
Location requirement: Must currently reside in one of the listed states
Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, STEM-OPT)
2–5 years of hands-on web design experience, specifically designing web pages
Strong ability to develop clear design concepts and communicate them confidently through presentations and collaboration
Adaptable, feedback-friendly, and comfortable navigating changing priorities without losing design quality
A collaborative mindset—you enjoy the back-and-forth and proactively smooth out handoff challenges because great work is a team sport
Comfortable collaborating remotely with global teams, including partners in European time zones
Expert-level proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD (Auto Layout, Components, Styles)
Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with JIRA or comparable project management platforms
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS constraints—you don't have to code, but you can speak 'developer' fluently
