Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain ProcessPro ERP applications and modules
Develop and enhance Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Customizations (FRICE)
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Create and modify SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
Develop integrations between ProcessPro and third-party systems (EDI, WMS, MES, financial systems, etc.)
Support ERP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and performance issues
Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams
Prepare technical documentation and support user training
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data integrity standards
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience working with ProcessPro ERP (Ross ERP)
Strong hands-on experience in ProcessPro development tools and scripting
Proficiency in SQL Server / Oracle, complex queries, and performance tuning
Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, batch/lot tracking, and financial processes
Experience with ERP integrations and interfaces
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
