Internal Communications Assistant
Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest, and they are seeking an Internal Communications Assistant to join their team. The role involves contributing to omni-channel communication strategies, ensuring messaging consistency, and engaging employees through tailored communications.

Responsibilities
Author and monitor messaging and communications for omni-channel communication to advance internal communication initiatives that align with corporate branding, drive operational goals, and support People and Culture programs
Design graphics to support messaging and align with company style standards using Canva or similar
Maintain the company intranet alongside SMEs, content editors, and other administrators
Partner to define and measure key performance metrics, analyze data, and develop recommendations based on findings to improve communications strategies
Build relationships and trust with our cross-functional partners, including People and Culture (HR), External Communications, Safety, Project Delivery, Business Development, Marketing, and Technology
Maintain communications calendar
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience
Excellent writing skills
Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy with technical information
Creative writing and storytelling
Familiarity with AP Style writing and editing
Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, or other tools used for tracking, reporting, and organizing
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
