Responsibilities
Answering phones
Creating and maintaining resident files
Creating and maintaining work orders for the property
Liaison between residents, maintenance staff, vendors, and management
Administrative support to Property Manager and Resident Manager
Coordinating move ins, move outs and tenant files with main office
Other tasks and special projects as required by management
Qualification

Preferred
Actively pursuing degree in related field (management, business administration, real estate), or combination of education and experience required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel and outlook)
Ability to work on and complete multiple projects in a timely matter
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability work in a collaborative environment with short deadlines
Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred
Must be legally allowed to work in the US, sponsorships not available
